On the 23/04/13 I had a series of breast biopsies that resulted in a diagnosis of breast cancer.  I changed my lifestyle and eventually became healthier and fitter.  5 years on, I am still cancer free.  I’d like to tell you my story and how I stay positive and hopeful for the future.
